Dancehall star Popcaan is set to perform live at Popcaan and Friends Fixtape concert come Sunday, November 29, 2020. The event will be a virtual affair owing to the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic.

Now according to a well-placed source, the OVO/Unruly recording artist will be joined by several guest artists during the one-night event. It is however not clear as to who the guest artists are at the time of this report. As a result, speculations are swirling as to the line-up of special guest artists.

According to the source, it is expected that Popcaan will treat the audience to surprises, among which is new music to be played for the first time. Also of note is the event will not be free, so the intended patrons who want to get in on the virtual-action should be prepared to pay an admission fee via boilerroom.tv.

Popcaan and Friends Fixtape concert is certainly welcomed news for persons who were expecting to attend this year's staging of Unruly Fest in St. Thomas, Jamaica. There hasn't been any detail about the show, but it is unlikely that it will be staged due to the current COVID 19 pandemic, and the protocols to combat it.

Popcaan released his mixtape titled 'Fixtape' back in August of this year (2020) which had a slew of features from international and Jamaican recording artists - from Drake and PartyNextDoor to Masicka and Jada Kingdom. 'Fixtape' has been doing well since its release as it hit number one on the iTunes Reggae Chart, and has maintained a position on the top 10 tier of the Billboard Reggae Album chart, peaking at number two.
